Asendrix Studios is part of Asendrix and is based in Sweden. This page explains what personal data this website collects and what we do with it, for visitors anywhere in the world.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The pilot request form doesn’t store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with your name, work email address and message filled in, and you choose what to send, including any images you attach.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing it stores on your device is your light or dark theme choice, saved in your browser’s local storage — never sent to us or anyone else. We still ask first: the notice shown on your first visit lets you decline, in which case that choice simply isn’t remembered after you leave. You can change your answer any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and, if you ask us to, to produce a pilot from your images. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who processes it
Your email reaches our team at studios@asendrix.com through our business email provider, which acts on our behalf and may process it outside the European Economic Area under that provider’s standard contractual safeguards. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as we’re in contact about your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange.
Children’s privacy
This site is a B2B service and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights (EU/EEA/UK — GDPR)
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing studios@asendrix.com or calling +46 8 123 456 78. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
We collect only what’s described above and never sell or share it for cross-context advertising. California residents can ask to know what we hold, correct it or delete it, and won’t be treated differently for exercising these rights — email studios@asendrix.com to ask.
Your rights (other US states)
If you’re in a state with its own privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Utah), the same rights apply and the same email reaches us to act on them.
